Paula + Marty’s gorgeous orange + lime green wedding was the perfect balance of intimate and elegant.  We had a simply delightful October day just full of beautiful, memorable details.  We so enjoyed today. 🙂

Putting on some final touches. 🙂

We went a pinch overboard photographing details.  But we couldn’t resist!  Merry Me! Events always does such an incredible job.

One of the most beautiful brides we’ve ever seeeeeeen!

The ladies 🙂  (The little one is Marty’s daughter).

We couldn’t have asked for a better day. We love everything about October.

The gentlemen taking a little stroll. 😉

More!  Details!

After this photo, I shoved several of these acorns in my pocket, in case I wanted to use them later … and at the reception, I’d totally forgotten about them until I reached in for a memory card and had a handful of dirty acorns.  To which I sang to Andy, “I gotta pocket, gotta pocket full of acorns” … but he didn’t think I was funny. 🙂  Any..way….

Marty is reading a card from Paula with a little help.  🙂

Guests were greeted into the sanctuary with a pretty string quartet (just like the one that played at our own wedding!  It brought back lovely memories!)

Every guest inside the chapel had tears in their eyes witnessing this moment.  Paula + Marty included Marty’s daughter in their ring exchange.  They put a tiny ring on her right hand, and she slid rings onto both of their right fingers to symbolize their union as a new family.

The engraving is the date in roman numerals.

It was right about here when the sky above turned dark + threatening and it began to storm!  BUT!  In just a moment you’ll see some of the after-effects!

We headed quickly to their indoor reception at the South Bend CC and found THESE!  How ridiculously adorable are these little mini treeees?

More gorgeous Merry Me! details.  Brides-to-be!  Hire them.  You won’t regret it 🙂

Mr. + Mrs. !

The salads even fit their color scheme 😉

We’ve seen some really fun live bands lately.  We love live bands!

So… back to the earlier story:  Some scary clouds and rain rolled in.  But! We still had many photos to take so!  We improvised.  🙂 Then, suddenly…

RRRAAAIIINBOOOWWW!!!  It was literally only visible for ninety seconds.  So!  I laid down, on my back (in a puddle 😉 ), like a foool, and shot, shot, shot!   Thanks for being incredible sports, you two.  We think it was worth it!

Thanks for a beautiful, memorable day! We hope you enjoyed your relaxing, Mexican Riviera honeymoooon!  We wish you all the best.  xoxo, A+A

Incredibly beautiful photos! And I love how the salad color scheme matches that of the florals! What a fun detail 🙂
