Ross & Simone have one of those picture-perfect love stories and are so much fun to be around. Simone’s lively and loves to laugh and Ross is kind, patient, and really loves Simone. They make a wonderful pair. They’ve known each other since the fifth grade and have been together a long time. And they’re planning a little backyard wedding in their hometown of Chicago next fall.
These photos were taken in neighborhoods near their DC home — SouthWest (where we found the amazingly vibrant Blind Whino Arts Club, Navy Yard and Eastern Market — some of the most colorful places in town. The more I live here, the more I love everything this city has to offer. A big thank-you to R&S for helping me discover a few new favorites!
