There’s no better way to say it: Tara + Danny are hilarious. They (and their friends, family, everybody!) had Andy + me in stitches all day. They took an otherwise serious occasion and had so much fun instead. Some of our favorite memories include Danny dancing with his dad to “Moves like Jagger” (while making Mick Jagger faces 😉 ), our quick trip to the Notre Dame Stadium (where they + their friends made football plays in wedding attire), Danny’s purple banana socks, the groomsmen wanting to do the classic Freeze Jump! from Anchorman, oh — and, everybody playing the game “Get down, Mr. President!” the entire day. (Click here if you want the real definition but basically, one person points to their nose to start the game, then whoever wants to play follows suit. Then, without announcing it, one person puts a finger to their ear, as if he/she’s listening to one of those Secret Service radios, and the last person to do it is “the president” and gets tackled to the ground, regardless of where they are. Danny + Tara’s guests were doing this everywhere, all the way up until the end of the reception. So funny.)
T+D – you two are the best. Thanks so much for including Andy + me in your wedding day. Also, thanks for your fabulous sense of humor. We love laughing! Laughing is our favorite 😉
